1. License to Use the App

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to download, install, and use the App on your mobile device strictly in accordance with these Terms and for non-commercial entertainment purposes.

2. User Restrictions

You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, or decrypt the App.
• Make any modification, adaptation, improvement, translation, or derivative work from the App.
• Use any cheats, exploits, automation software (bots), hacks, or unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the game experience.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including copyright and trademark notices) of Jatin Sharma.
• Use the App for any commercial purpose or revenue-generating endeavor.

3. Virtual Currency and Goods

The App includes virtual in-game currency (such as "Coins") and virtual items (such as "Ships" and "Skins").

• No Real-World Value: These virtual items hold no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash, real goods, or legally binding currency.
• Ownership: You do not own the virtual currency or goods. Instead, you receive a limited, revocable license to use them within the App.
• Management: We reserve the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate virtual currency and items at our sole discretion, without liability to you.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App—including but not limited to all copyrights, trademarks, game design, graphics, characters, sounds, and source code—are owned exclusively by Jatin Sharma. You are granted no intellectual property rights in or to the App other than the limited license specified in Section 1.

5. Third-Party Integrations

The App utilizes third-party tools and services (such as Firebase for cloud saving/crash reporting and AdMob for advertising). Your use of the App is also subject to the Terms of Service of these third-party providers. We are not responsible for the content, reliability, or practices of any third-party services.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided to you on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, with all faults and without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses. Your use of the App is entirely at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jatin Sharma shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App. This includes, but is not limited to, the loss of data (such as game progress or virtual items) due to device failures, server issues, or software updates.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, compromises the security of the App, or is harmful to other users. Upon termination, your license to use the App immediately ends, and you must delete all copies of the App from your devices.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your local jurisdiction (or applicable regional laws), without regard to conflict of law provisions.
